Community Postpartum Care
The blossoming of our group-centered postpartum care has become a deeply nourishing part of the Sacred Transitions journey. In these circles, new parents find a sanctuary, a place of rest, renewal, and connection. Here, mothers are held in the warmth of sisterhood, sharing their stories, their challenges, and their joys in an atmosphere of true understanding. Our groups are designed to nurture holistic healing, tending not only to the body, but also to the heart and spirit during this tender passage. Together, we explore effective coping strategies, offer one another encouragement, and form bonds that often grow into lasting friendships. Each gathering weaves in educational offerings around breastfeeding, newborn care, and self-care practices, empowering parents with tools for confidence and resilience. Research affirms what we see in each circle: postpartum groups are a powerful force for mental, emotional, and physical well-being, helping families move through early parenthood with greater ease, strength, and joy.

Exercise Classes and Community Walks
At Sacred Transitions, we believe that movement is a vital part of nurturing the body, mind, and spirit during the childbearing year. As part of our holistic care, we now offer prenatal and postpartum yoga classes, specially designed to support your changing body and growing spirit through every stage of pregnancy and beyond. These gentle, accessible classes focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and pelvic floor awareness, enhancing your strength, flexibility, and resilience. Regular practice can help ease common discomforts, lower the risk of pregnancy complications, and even support a smoother labor and recovery. Beyond the physical benefits, our yoga classes create a sanctuary of connection — a space where you can build community, share experiences, and feel deeply supported. We are honored to offer this resource not only to our clients, but to the wider community as well. If you are interested in attending classes and are not a Sacred Transitions client, please reach out for more information. On-site childcare is available, so you can focus fully on your time of restoration and renewal.

Childbirth Preparation Classes
Preparing for birth is not just about gathering information. It’s about stepping into your power with knowledge, connection, and trust. Included as part of your care, our childbirth education series is designed specifically for families planning to welcome their babies outside of the hospital, whether at home or in a birth center. We explore the natural rhythms of labor, comfort measures to support you through intensity, the vital role of the birth partner, and how to navigate unexpected moments with clarity and calm. We weave in essential education on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum healing, grounding it all in the wisdom of physiological birth. These gatherings are more than classes, they are a community space where you are seen, supported, and empowered by experienced home birth professionals and other families walking a similar path. Through interactive discussions, hands-on practice, and heartfelt connection, you will leave not only informed, but deeply ready in body, mind, and spirit to meet your baby. If you are not currently planning a birth with Sacred Transitions and would like to join us, please message for more information. We welcome you into our circle.

Gatherings
At Sacred Transitions, we know that the bonds formed during the sacred season of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are meant to last. That’s why we host joyful gatherings for our current and past clients as a way to stay connected, celebrate milestones, and continue basking in the beauty of our community. Saying goodbye has never felt right to us... so we don’t! These gatherings are a chance to reconnect with familiar faces, share stories, watch little ones grow, and be reminded that you are forever part of the Sacred Transitions family. Once you’ve crossed this threshold with us, you are always welcome in our circle.
